Kettering Nation Council Area Nation Council The Nation Council is the inter-Territory organization that supports the Kettering Nation Guides program planning.  The Nation Council coordinates Nation events and establishes policies and standards.  Each Territory elects one Nation Council representative annually to participate in the Council meetings and provide 2-way communication between their Territory and the Council.
